About the Position :

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will play a crucial role in maintaining the

financial health and sustainability of St. Anthony's Foundation. A qualified and competitive candidate will bring at least two

years of experience in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in California with a strong background in nonprofit financial

management. The position is responsible for :

  • Overseeing all financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
  • Leading a team of financial professionals, fostering their development and cohesion.
  • Collaborating closely with clinic staff to optimize revenue cycle management and compliance with state laws.

The short-term goal for the new CFO will be to optimize budgeting and revenue cycle management. In the long term, the CFO

will drive strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing service offerings and securing diversified funding streams.

Size of organization : 275 fulltime employees and annual operating budget of $35M

Departments overseen by CFO : Finance and Real Estate / Facilities Management

Location : The CFO will work on-site daily for the first six months, followed by a hybrid work schedule.

Salary range : $200,000 - $225,000 annually (based upon related / relevant experience and internal equity) with 10% bonus

potential and excellent benefits.
