Description : The Position :
JetSplash Sales Advisors are the first point of contact with our customers. Sales Advisors help process customer vehicles efficiently while offering excellent customer service. Main objectives include : clearly explaining wash products / services, selling memberships and other services that best fit the customer's needs and maintaining high-quality customer relations.
Job Responsibilities :
- Greet customers, assess their vehicle and offer products / services that best suit their car washing needs.
- Provide efficient, friendly, quality customer service to every customer.
- Selling memberships, bundle wash packages and other wash products / services.
- Operate the cash register and process payments using JetSplash's point-of-sale system.
- Answering the phone - taking messages or directing the call to the correct department.
- Clear communication with other team members.
- Promptly handle any membership management questions / problems that may arise.
- Responsible for the organization and cleanliness of point-of-sale office.
- Complete daily Sales Advisor opening / closing duties.
