    As a Signs Sales Executive , you will :

    Bring and grow a book of business ($500K+ annual sales minimum)

    Have the ability to build your own team or bring an assistant to support your efforts

    Negotiate your compensation package with us based on your experience and value

    Be expected to start meeting sales targets by Month 2

    What We Expect from You

    Minimum 5 years of dedicated sales experience in the Signs industry

    Strong Account Management skills with a track record of maintaining and growing customer relationships

    Expert knowledge of the Signs business, including materials, production, and project management

    Professionalism in all customer communications (email, phone, in-person)

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (ability to break projects into steps)

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Strong organizational and time-management skills

    Tools & Technology

    Must use company-provided phone, laptop, email, and office tools

    Familiarity with CRM and Order Management Systems willingness to use PrintSmith and PrintSpeak is required
