Position Overview :
The Service Manager will lead the service department in delivering high-quality HVACR maintenance and repair services. This role involves overseeing technicians, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient operations that meet or exceed performance standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the service team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
- Maintain client relationships, addressing concerns and providing solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage job costing, budgets, and performance tracking to ensure profitability and on-time completion.
- Support continuous improvement by developing training programs and process enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVACR service management.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Experience in commercial and residential HVACR systems.Knowledge of job costing and budgeting practices.Excellent communication and customer service skills.
