Position Overview :

The Service Manager will lead the service department in delivering high-quality HVACR maintenance and repair services. This role involves overseeing technicians, managing client relationships, and ensuring efficient operations that meet or exceed performance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the service team, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Maintain client relationships, addressing concerns and providing solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage job costing, budgets, and performance tracking to ensure profitability and on-time completion.
  • Support continuous improvement by developing training programs and process enhancements.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety standards, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVACR service management.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in commercial and residential HVACR systems.
  • Knowledge of job costing and budgeting practices.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
