Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist :
- Ongoing review of the customer Accounts Receivable portfolio and follow up with customers regarding past due payments
- Prepare and send out invoices
- Reconcile customer accounts
- Monitor unapplied funds
- Follow up with customers to obtain sufficient remittance advice
- Perform other duties as assigned
