Duration : 2 Months + Possibility of extension

Location : New York NY 10022

Pay Rate : $27.00 / hr - $30.77 / hr

Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Facility Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Technical Skills : Must Have

  • 2+ years' experience in administrative or operational role.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to effectively manage time to achieve deadlines.
  • Ability to flex with business requirements.
  • Ability to enter in security access requests for subcontractors and new onboarding employees
  • Ability to enter work order requests on behalf of customers
  • Demonstrated history of providing outstanding customer service
  • Experience reviewing subcontractor quotes and raising purchase orders
