• 5+ years estimating commercial projects
• Project experience with schools, restaurants. Retail desired
• Bluebeam, Procore, Accubid skills desired
• Mentor junior staff
• Ability to generate preliminary load calculations to size switchgear
• Electrical design skills are highly desired
• Good understanding of current national electrical codes
• Takeoffs, Bids, Proposals
