Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Telecom Project Coordinator to manage, coordinate, and monitor multi-disciplinary utility telecom projects from initiation through delivery and closeout. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between engineering, procurement, field personnel, and operations business groups to ensure project requirements and targets are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the full lifecycle of telecom projects, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and alignment with project goals.
  • Serve as the central point of contact between cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, field personnel, and operations.
  • Develop and lead project planning, including defining business requirements, and formulating detailed project schedules and cost estimates.
  • Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
  • Monitor project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the outlined project plan specifications.
  • Identify and communicate project risks and actively work to mitigate them throughout the project's lifecycle.
  • Report project status, issues, and risks to project stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate guidelines for Project Management and Controls.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in managing and coordinating construction and maintenance projects, ideally in telecom or related industries.
  • Strong collaborative problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Experience with cost and budget analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work directly with project crews and stakeholders.
  • No specific utility experience required, but familiarity with telecom or similar industries is a plus.
