As a Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be working a senior level role that provides support to customers (insureds, clients, advisors, partners and agencies), as well as internal and external business partners. You will continually develop (or evolve) knowledge and skills necessary to provide expected support, as well as understand and maintain key performance indicators while living our company values.
In this Hybrid role, you will be expected to come into the office closest to you a minimum of 10 days a month. Candidates must reside within a 50-mile radius of one of the following locations : Madison, WI 53783; Boston, MA 02110; Denver, CO 80112; Keene, NH 03431; St. Joseph, MO 64507; Phoenix, AZ 85034; Nashville, TN 37214

Compensation range will be determined by geographic location.
Madison, Keene, Pheonix, St. Joseph, and Nashville : $23-$35.57 / hour
Boston and Denver : $25.96-$39.90 / hour
Hours of operation at Monday-Friday 8 : 00 a.m.-8 : 00 p.m. EST
