Purpose of the Role
The Installation Coordinator is responsible for the seamless execution of installation, maintenance, and repair services. This role bridges communication between contracted technicians and the commercial team, fostering efficient operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include :
- Serve as the primary point of contact between contracted technicians and the commercial team, facilitating clear and effective communication.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during service execution, ensuring minimal disruption and maintaining high service standards.
- Maintain accurate records of service schedules, technician assignments, and customer interactions.
- Monitor service activities to ensure compliance with specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Effectively execute the end-to-end integrated schedule development, coordination, and control process throughout the life cycle of fiber installation
- Maintain calendar of installers (contractors, subs, and technicians).
- Implement problem resolution with customers.
- Follow-up to ensure installations meet customers' satisfaction.
- Report that the installation team has sufficient capacity to meet target installs.
- Provide daily updates to management on the progress achieved by the Team.
- Confer with management to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment
- Monitor, update and maintain the CRM system
- Ensure adherence to the operational plan.
- Resolve service delivery issues.
- Liaise with contractors regarding performance and site readiness.
- Manage SLAs to ensure compliance.
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of all service requests.
- Maintain accurate records of all service activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the commercial team to align service activities with business goals.
- Monitor and report on service performance metrics.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.Minimum 3 years experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.Proficient in MS Office / 365, Mac / iOS a plus.Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer for an entire shift.Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills (verbal & written)Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analyticallyAbility to lift up to 20 pounds.We're an equal-opportunity employer.
