Job descriptionBoard Certified - Preferred but will review Eligible (not ideal) Site will review General Surgery with EM Experience IM / FM with ED experience - REQUIRED MN license active - REQUIRED - Will accept IMLC license ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification - REQUIRED. Need either ATLS or CALS w / Trauma - site does not require both just one or the other. Availability for Dec - ongoing (how many shifts per month) at time of name clear - REQUIRED Clean Background / malpractice - HIGHLY PREFERRED Internal travel team can assist with arrangements. Our client in Hubbard County, MN is in need of an Emergency Medicine Physician for a locum assignment!
Job details :
- Start Date : ASAP
- Schedule : Both days and nights (12-hour shifts)
- Dates of Coverage : Starting ASAP - 4-6 shifts per month
- Physician or APP? Physician
- Average number of admissions per day? 1-2
- Certification required : ACLS, PALS & ATLS or CALS with Trauma component certification
- ER Volume : 10,000 Annually
- Any call? No
- EMR : Meditech
- Support Staff : 2 RNs and a CNA
- Reason for coverage : PT ER physician retiring at end of December and another FT ER physician leaving for private practice beginning of December
