• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the field of water, wastewater, or infrastructure design.
• Proficient with CAD software (CADD 3D and 4D), which is crucial for design work.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles in water and wastewater systems.
