Job description

Responsibilities

  • Understand the architecture, function and relationships of company applications and systems to the company business model
  • Identify opportunities to improve or advance use of business application capabilities
  • Work with internal and external resources to develop solutions and correct inefficiencies, including departmental management and executive leaders.
  • Assist with creation of new system and process documentation, inclusive of but not limited to Visio diagrams and Role access matrices.
  • Assist with creation and comprehensive review of integrated test scripts and identifying existing data inputs for testing and / or setting up data manually to enable the test to be executed.
  • Provide support to end users on the project team with regards to learning BC functionality and understanding options for go-forward processes.

Qualifications & Education Requirements

  • Participated in the successful execution of a MS Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation project.
  • Demonstrated experience in integrated testing script creation and test preparation.
  • Demonstrated experience in architecting new systems and processes.
  • Finance / Accounting process knowledge is preferred.
  • Data integration experience is a plus.
  • Distribution industry experience is preferred
