Position is ideal for those searching for an entry level healthcare career with growth potential in Assisted Living & Memory Care

Wage : $18-$20 / hour

WHAT WILL I BE DOING?

  • Learning to provide caregiving services to a group of residents in assisted living and / or memory care including exceptional ADL assistance.
  • Encouraging socialization and participation in community activities and outings.
  • Learning to provide hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene care & mobility in a fast-paced senior living community with varying levels of acuity.

    • GROWTH POTENTIAL

    The position of Caregiver In Training is intended to provide initial training and orientation while sharpening your skills to be a Caregiver. Employees hired into this position will learn to provide hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living, proper body mechanics and safety techniques while providing physical support, and will learn to work as part of a team in a professional environment.

    WHAT ARE THE QUALIFICATIONS?

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed
  • Demonstrates a growth mindset
