Job Summary

At Conserva Irrigation, LLC, a  Franchise Business Consultant  has extensive knowledge providing franchisees' support and services. This role provides support and mentoring to our franchisees by  completing one on one business reviews, managing KPI's, and providing coaching and development for franchise owners

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Providing operational support to franchise owners including coaching them with day-to-day operations, technology support, industry knowledge, and providing guidance on strategic planning
  • Communicate with the franchisor keeping them updated on the status of franchisees and providing them with feedback on the franchise system.
  • Gathering and analyzing data used to track franchisee performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Motivate and coach franchisees. This could involve providing them with feedback, helping them to set goals, and celebrating their successes.
  • Assist with planning, coordinating, training, and managing programs and initiatives to deliver brand goals.
  • Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly coaching calls with an average of 20-30 franchise owners
  • On-site field visits as deemed necessary by brand leadership.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Schedule / in-office requirements :   Remote or hybrid in Richmond, VA

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years' experience in franchise support, business consulting, small business ownership; or an equivalent combination.
  • Problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop appropriate solutions.
  • Must have "Championing the Success of Franchise Owners" attitude.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others across the organization for day-to-day operations as well as special projects.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think critically and make decisions or recommendations for continuous improvement to franchisor systems.
