Maintain the agencys financial and accounting systems (Solomon and / or Microsoft Dynamics Software) Supervise and train employees on various financial systems.
Assist in development of Agency budgets and forecasts Prepare financial statements and reports as required for use by management, Board members, and government agencies and outside funding sources.
Monitor internal controls and external reports to ensure proper compliance with GAAP and other applicable procedures, policies, and legal regulations to ensure checks and balances.
Coordinate and prepare for financial audits as required by Agency policy, governmental or other applicable regulations, including single audit and Uniform Guidelines.
Analyze financial data, prepare projections, and appropriate recommendations.
Manage the cash flow of the Agency.
Assist in Contract Management activities.
Understand and implement federal and state regulations relating to Medicaid and Medicare.
Provide financial analysis related to the Home and Community-Based Services program and related activities.Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.Performs other duties as assigned.
