The Role

Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other systems and applications.
  • Extensive experience using UI Builder and UI Framework to create and customize web applications.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on the ServiceNow platform to support and enhance IT service management processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with ServiceNow applications and functionality.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation related to ServiceNow development and configurations.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Requirements : You are :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of hands on experience working on SNOW development.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in ServiceNow development, including scripting, UI policies, business rules, and workflows.
  • Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using web services, REST, SOAP, etc.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification.
  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and other ServiceNow modules such as HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, etc.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow Service Portal development and customization.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies
