Position Summary
The purpose of this position is to coordinate every stage of the repair process once Operations has received the medical device. This position will serve as a liaison for customer care specialists, internal repair departments and external repair vendors regarding the status of a repair, customer / sales concerns and information requests. Additionally, this position provides scheduling and administrative support directly to their related operations department.
Duties
Liaison between Customer Care Specialists and Repair Departments for normal processing of a customer order and to resolve any issues that may arise during the repair :

Associate's Degree
Required Experience
Number of years' experience accepted in lieu of degree and type : 4 years of work experience with 2 of those years in customer service. Experience in working in the medical device field a plus.
Number of years' experience with degree indicated above and type : 2 years of work experience with 1 of those years working in customer service.
