The Opportunity

Are you a talented C++ Engineer looking to take your skills into the fast-paced world of finance and trading ? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial institution that specializes in high-frequency trading (HFT), quantitative finance, and real-time risk management. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most cutting-edge, high-performance systems in the industry , optimizing low-latency infrastructure and developing algorithms that operate at microsecond speeds.

As a C++ Engineer , you will :

  • Develop and optimize low-latency, high-performance trading systems
  • Work on real-time market data processing and execution algorithms
  • Build and maintain efficient, scalable, and resilient software solutions
  • Implement multi-threaded, concurrent, and distributed computing techniques
  • Collaborate with quantitative analysts, traders, and infrastructure engineers
  • Ensure code quality through automated testing, profiling, and code reviews

Tech Stack & Skills Required

  • Strong expertise in modern C++ (C++ 20 / 23) and STL
  • Experience with low-latency, high-performance computing
  • Knowledge of multi-threading, lock-free programming, and memory management
  • Familiarity with network programming (TCP / UDP, FIX, shared memory, RDMA)
  • Experience with Linux-based development (GCC, Clang, GDB, perf, Valgrind)
  • Understanding of real-time data feeds, market data protocols (ITCH, FIX, Bloomberg, Reuters)
  • Experience with profiling tools, performance tuning, and optimization
