A company is looking for a Senior Project Manager, Insourcing and Marketing Consultant in the Oil and Gas industry.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the insourcing and marketing project, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelinesOversee coordination of all project workstreams, including the transition of the sales and marketing team in-houseManage the implementation of the ETRM system, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflowsRequired QualificationsMinimum 7 years of project management experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly in sales and marketingStrong understanding of oil and gas operations and systems supporting sales and marketing functionsExperience leading projects that consolidate or integrate marketing and sales teams from vendors to in-houseExperience with ETRM system implementation, especially in gas trading contextsPMP certification or equivalent is a plus
