The Role :

The Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting Gametime's Talent Acquisition team by ensuring a seamless hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers. This entry-level role is responsible for scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications, and maintaining recruitment systems. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Above & Beyond : The Impact You'll Make :

• Interview Coordination

Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring smooth logistics for candidates and interviewers.

Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely updates and a positive experience.

Maintain accurate candidate records, update job postings, and track recruiting metrics in the ATS.

Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to facilitate an efficient hiring process.

Assist with background checks, offer letters, and pre-hire documentation.

Support recruiting events, job fair coordination, and social media initiatives to attract top talent.

Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency of the recruiting process.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

0-1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, or administrative support.

Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate scheduling needs.

What We can Offer :

At Gametime pay ranges are subject to change and assigned to a job based on specific market median of similar jobs according to 3rd party salary benchmark surveys. Individual pay within that range can vary for several reasons including skills / capabilities, experience, and available budget.
