Mental Health Case Manager

NO TELESERVICE; MUST COMMUTE DAILY

Compensation : $60,000-70,000; Competitive vacation and sick leave, wonderful work environment. Plenty of training provided. Must have BA in one of the social service fields, Masters candidate preferred with mandatory two years mental health experience; Stipend toward monthly Medical and dental provided.

GENERAL FUNCTION :

This is a mental health case-manager who provides community resources and support for clients within various program areas in Western Washington. An employee in this position will be responsible for assisting clients in accessing a variety of services. Work will include bi- weekly visits to clients, in-depth transitional assessment of individual and family needs, The treatment team will develop individualized plans of action. The idea candidate will provide positive support and referral services and will develop an extensive network of professionals in the social services arena. The mental health case manager must pass a criminal background check and have reliable transportation. The case manager will be proficient in writing case notes and monthly reports. Exceptional customer service is a necessity as well as complete confidentiality. This case manager will be required to sign a confidentiality agreement, a noncompeting agreement, and a criminal background check prior to beginning employment.
