We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Operations Manager to lead our warehouse production team, drive efficiency, and ensure the highest standards of safety and productivity.

As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the production process, optimize resources, and lead a team of skilled professionals in a safe and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Optimize Production : Analyze hours vs. production to identify inefficiencies and implement strategies to enhance productivity.
  • Lead with Safety : Develop and enforce safety protocols, conduct inspections, and act as the go-to safety leader.
  • Team Leadership : Manage and mentor staff, fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Problem Solving : Troubleshoot operational challenges in real time to keep processes running smoothly.

    • What We’re Looking For

    We’re seeking an experienced leader with the following qualifications :

  • Experience : 5+ years in operations management within a manufacturing setting (industrial equipment experience preferred).
  • Skills : Strong analytical skills, proven ability to resolve operational challenges, and expertise in safety protocols.
  • Language : Spanish proficiency is required.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.

  • Pay Range : $55,000–$60,000 / year.
  • Supplemental Pay : Bonus opportunities.
