Job Description : Reception Supervisor

Location : Frisco, TX

Salary : $24 - $28 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Reception Supervisor to oversee our front office team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of hospitality operations, demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership : Lead and mentor a dynamic team of receptionists, ensuring consistent delivery of outstanding service.

  • Operational Efficiency : Oversee daily reception operations, including check-ins and check-outs, reservations, and billing processes.

  • Problem Solving : Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, with proven experience in front office operations.
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
