It will be assigned with the driver's dispatch on Qualcomm. Assignment is based on the best cost efficient route. Less than 4 hours at the terminal 90% of orientation can be completed online Drivers are given a load and sent out the same day as orientation 80 orientation pay (paid on 1st paycheck) Direct Deposit Must Have CDL - No Exceptions 6 months verifiable CDLA experience required - insurance requirement Must meet FMCSA requirements No more than 3 accidents in the last 3 years No more than 3 violations in the last 3 years No Failed or Refused Drug screens in the last 5 years
