About The Position :
The assists students, faculty, staff, and the community in their intellectual activities by providing resources and services in support of research, teaching, and learning. We strive to help our users develop information literacy essential for life-long learning and becoming well-informed, reflective global citizens. This position is responsible for overseeing the work of student employees who assist with these functions during the evening and weekend hours. Typical hours for this part-time position include Friday 4pm-8pm, Saturday 11am-8pm, and Sunday 12pm-7pm. This position usually follows a college year calendar of late August to mid-September and late January to mid-May. Additional hours may be available at various times of the semester or year. As an institution that delivers challenging and high-quality educational experiences to a diverse group of learners, the successful candidate must demonstrate an understanding of and sensitivity to diversity, inclusion, and equity-minded policies, programs and practices.
