Job Title : Remote Hybrid Digital Technical Operations Analyst

Client requirements W2 only, NO C2C

Pay : $44-$46 / hour W2

Environment : Remote

Duration : 1+ year

Summary

The Digital Operations Specialist is responsible for managing product content and price updates across various online sales channels, ensuring accurate and timely updates within content management systems (CMS). This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to web assets, collaborating with IT teams to ensure system reliability, scalability, and security. The specialist will utilize automation tools to streamline tasks, improve quality, and enhance speed to market. Attention to detail, a strong understanding of system functionality, and effective communication with cross-functional teams are key to success in this role.

Requirements :

Proficient utilizing RPA Automation tools, preferrably UIPath and Power Automate automation tools

2+ years Power BI using SQL connections

2+ years experience with CMS content tools, preferably AEM

Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of professional experience, with 1-2 years in Operations / IT / PM

Proven experience working Cross-functional and proficient communication

Preferred Energy experience

Essential Duties / Responsibilities :

Maintain products and prices across various sales channels, ensuring accurate CMS content setup and price updates.

Act as a liaison between business and IT for troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system performance.

Run reports and monitor application performance to ensure it meets baseline levels, troubleshooting data or code issues as needed.

Provide business process support to IT for code changes or data repairs.

Assist with application testing, including unit testing, regression testing, and support for monthly code releases.

Use automation tools to reduce manual tasks, improve quality, and speed up market delivery.
