Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Conducting thorough cosmetic inspections of vehicles to assess what is needed for enhancement.
  • Repairing and replacing small plastic and other parts to ensure overall vehicle condition.
  • Executing paint retouching, post-paint finishing, waxing, and buffing to restore vehicles to their prime condition.
  • Adhering to and promoting CarMax’s stringent standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.

Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Preferred experience in washing, waxing, cleaning and buffing, masking, sanding, grinding, applying paint, and removing or replacing small parts, as well as carrying out minor repairs.
  • Manual dexterity and physical stamina to handle heavy objects, and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • A focus on customer service and a keen eye for detail.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
