Administrative Assistant / Paralegal Estate Planning & Litigation
Location : Melbourne, FL
Our Melbourne office is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant / Paralegal to support two attorneys specializing in estate planning, estate administration, guardianship, and trust & estate litigation . This is a full-time, in-person role offering employer-paid benefits, competitive compensation based on experience, and eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus .
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Authorization to work in the U.S.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support and / or client relations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to manage and update the client database.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting.
- Highly organized and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to work independently , take initiative, and solve problems efficiently.
- Detail-oriented with a keen focus on accuracy.
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritizing, and managing daily workloads effectively .
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures .
- Exceptional client service skills with a proactive approach to client needs.
- Punctual, reliable, and team-oriented with a positive attitude .
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information professionally.
