Balance Health is looking for a Patient Services Coordinator to answer a high volume of calls, provide excellent customer service, and provide support to the practices.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers a high volume of calls and schedules appointments for all patients with a high degree of accuracy
- willing to drive between Bountiful and West Jordan
- Communicates clearly on the phone and accurately documents and assigns messages
- Confirms and updates contact information for all patients at every contact
- Makes follow-up calls for any messages left
- Documents appointment visit status, including rescheduled, cancelled, confirmed, left voice message, or any other status appropriately
- Delivers all communications with excellent customer service
- Be courteous and professional for all patient interactions
- Routes calls to appropriate staff for swift resolution
