We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. This role involves providing top-tier support to customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
Assist customers with order placement, product details, and subscription management.
Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues as needed.
Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
