Duties & Responsibilities : Using established design guidelines, design digital marketing assets (such as for email, web, paid social, etc.) and visual merchandising display graphics (such as gondolas, table displays, etc.) for various brands and retailersExecute production work on all graphic files for proofsPrepare, package and spec files for print ensuring meticulous adherence to artwork specificationsReview and proofread, and obtain appropriate team member approvals for graphic materials before projects are sent for final outputAttend press checks and partner with Visual Managers on production needs and best practicesPresent design layouts to individual stakeholders or in group settingsProvide original illustrations for packaging and other mediumsAdditional design or production projects as neededRequired Skills & Abilities : Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite : Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop3D imaging software knowledge (Sketchup) a plusExperience in pre-press and print production mandatoryCreativityExemplary organizational skillsAttention to detailAble to work independently or collaboratively as a member of a teamExcellent written, oral and communication skillsExceptional interpersonal and motivational skillsExperience & Education : B.A. or B.F.A. in Graphic Design5+ years corporate Graphic Design and / or Production Artist experience mandatoryIllustration experience a plusExperience in the beauty / fashion industry preferred#J-18808-Ljbffr
