Medical Records / Central Supply Coordinator

Location : Lakeland, FL
Salary Range : $18–$20 per hour

What You’ll Do

In this vital role, you’ll help drive excellence and efficiency in two key areas :

1. Medical Records Management

Ensure compliance with CMS requirements for accurate, organized records.

Prepare documentation for seamless audits and inspections.

2. Central Supply Operations

Oversee procurement, optimize inventory control, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.

Additional Responsibilities :

Serve as a liaison with legal entities and represent the facility in court proceedings as needed.

Perform data entry and resolve IT-related challenges to maintain workflow efficiency.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet deadlines for HMO requests.

What We’re Looking For

2+ years of skilled nursing home experience in medical records or central supply coordination.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Excellent attention to detail and knowledge of healthcare regulations.

Proficiency in data entry and IT troubleshooting.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
