Job descriptionOne of our ecom brands is Branded Originals which sells custom apparel that is manufactured overseas, such as Sports Jerseys for teams, Varsity jackets, and Sweatshirts. Below are some examples of tasks we would expect the person that fills this role to be able to handle. Creating vector art for customers' approval. - Customers often need to see a virtual of what their product will look like before they place an order. Sometimes the logos they provide need to be remade because the logo they provided is low quality. Other examples would be a customer customized a jacket on our website and we need to set it up in vector format so that they can approve it. Revisions for art approvals - The artist filling this role would help with tweaking and revising art so that we can send it back to them to approve. Preparing art and files so that we can send to our factory - After an order is placed, we set up the artwork in a specific way to send the order to our factory to produce Creating new product designs and templates. - The artist would need to be able to create new designs for things like sports uniforms to grow our collection of customizable templates that we offer to our customers. Listing products on our platforms - VA should be able to list products on sites such as Etsy, eBay, Shopify and assist with organizing the information needed for the listings. We have a Jasper subscription that the candidate can utilize to help create product descriptions as needed as well. Organizing information needed for listings - Sometimes the platforms that we sell on may need a spreadsheet of product specs and details, this is something that candidates should be able to organize and set up. At least 1-3 years of Creative Virtual Assistant, Creative Designer or Graphic Design Experience preferably in retail and / or eCommerce-based environments Working knowledge with Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a must Portfolio of past designs / sample works required upon application Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Good-Excellent)A positive attitude, a go-getter mentality, and a collaborative spirit A detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills capable of organizing, prioritizing, and delivering multiple tasks in a timely manner A fast learner and with the ability to work autonomously and follow instructions as advised with minimal supervision

We own multiple brands that operate in a fulfill on demand model. We create the Product and list it on one of our websites or Sales platforms. Once the customer places an order for it, the item is produced and shipped to the customer. We sell via the following channels : Shopify, Etsy, Ebay, Zulily.
SCOPE OF WORK :
CREATIVE ROLE FOR ECOMMERCE FULFILL ON DEMAND STORES
- Design new art for products - we would give the artists references or examples and artists should be able to create new high-quality designs that we can put on our products so that we are constantly growing our product catalog. Many times, we would apply these designs or themes to multiple products that we sell. Some Examples : Blankets, Beach Towels, Drinkware, Tote Bags, Pillows.
- Setting up Production files - For every new product that we launch on these stores a production files are created in a specific way (we would provide direction for requirements) the artist would need to be able to create these.
- Create realistic product mockups - The artist would need to be able to create realistic product mockups to serve as the product images for our listings. Sometimes these can be created using existing Photoshop templates, and sometimes they would need to be created.
Create content for marketing - Some Examples are Posts for Instagram, banners for websites, marketing ads for email campaigns.
