BENEFITS & COMPENSATION

  • Compensation : $85,000 - $110,000
  • PTO : 15 days + sick time

  • RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS ROLE

  • Design, deploy, and maintain robust IT systems and infrastructure to support our civil engineering projects.
  • Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our network infrastructure, servers, and storage systems.
  • Proactively monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely resolutions to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and address the IT needs of various departments, ensuring efficient and reliable operations.
  • Implement and enforce cybersecurity measures to protect our sensitive data and intellectual property.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE THIS ROLE

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in a similar industry or engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN / WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPN technologies.
  • Proficiency in server administration, virtualization, and cloud-based services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
  • Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems, along with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
  • Familiarity with civil engineering software and tools is a plus (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM, GIS).
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-centric approach.
