Dispatcher

Pay : $21 / hr.

Schedule : 1st shift

Dispatcher responsibilities :

• Collaborate with branch Service Manager and subcontractors to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Act as a primary contact for subcontractors, Supply Chain, Customer Care, Billing, and Accounts Payable.
• Manage subcontractor purchase orders (SPO) to support timely site restoration and work order resolution.
• Monitor subcontractor work for timely completion, work order closure, and invoice processing.
• Coordinate with dispatchers to oversee work orders and technician response times.
• Address potential delays and reassign work orders as needed to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as First-Time Fix (FTF), SLA adherence, and service quality.

Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience.
