Responsibilities of the Accounting Specialist-

  • General accounting in a QuickBooks platform
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Bookkeeping
  • General Ledger
  • Journal Entry
  • Client face-to-face engagement

Experience Preferred for the Accounting Specialist-

  • QuickBooks a must
  • 1-2 years of general accounting
  • Bookkeeping experience
  • Accounts Payable
  • Must have strong people skills
  • Ability to multi-task and pivot duties regularly
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciliations
