First Hawaiian Bank is currently seeking a Vendor Management Officer to join our Card Services Division. In this role, you will be responsible for managing credit card loyalty platform and digital servicing capabilities for card products. Key deliverables include customer experience strategy, product design and capabilities, functionality enhancements, engagement and promotion execution, and third-party vendor management to ensure SLAs and financial metrics are met.
The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience.

Monday-Friday 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (hours may vary)
Compensation
The annual salary range for this role is : $74,000 - $100,000 per year; commensurate with experience.
