Summary
The Associate Recruiter will assist in the full-cycle recruitment of hourly positions which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers, post-offer process (background checks, drug screens, physicals, etc.), on-boarding and retention.
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the non-exempt (hourly) recruiting, and training processes which includes sourcing, screening, recruiting, and on-boarding
- Conduct and coordinate pre-employment process (drug screen, background checks, and E-Verify)
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with the overall pre-employment I-9, E-Verify, E-Screen and Background Check compliance process
- Participate in job fairs and community outreach recruiting strategies
- Manage / ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) and update Personnel Activity Log (PAL)
- Post all hourly open positions internally and externally
- Provide plant tours to interested applicants
- Responsible for onboarding new hires including : conduct orientation, review of policies & benefits, administrate Alchemy training, printing employee badges, etc.
- Enter new hire information and maintain Workday (HRIS) system
- Participate in routine walk through of production floor for employee engagement
- Perform other duties as assigned
