Job Description :
- Experience of 10 plus years as a Quality Engineer in Insurance or Salesforce application Testing
- Minimum 5 years of testing experience in Insurance and broker domain and familiarity with Agency insurance products rules and methodologies
- SME level Functional Knowledge of PAS applications testing is a required
- Must have hands on approach and get hands dirty and test critical functionalities and provide sign off
- Salesforce application testing is required
- Must have lead team of 10 to 15 QAs independently
- Must be able to also work with clients and publish various testing reports
- Must be able to implement industry best practices and improve overall QA processes
- Must have created regression testing suits and reviewed automation test scenarios
- Must be able to define implement testing strategies
- Should have Worked on Agile projects Inquisitive in nature and ability to think critically with extensive experience on Jira
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and ability to multitask
- Good to have experience on Selenium automation testing or creating automation frameworks
- Good to have experience on Provar automation tool
