DEALER TRAINING PROGRAM - FREE

Overview

Welcome, we are seeking applicants to attend our Dealer training program. We will provide the necessary training for you to become a Dealer at Circus Circus, which consists of learning the responsibilities of Table Games Dealing. When you successfully pass the audition you will have the offer to join our team.

• Classes will be held Monday / Tuesday / Wednesday, 10am to 6pm.
• This is a free training program, you will be expected to respect the instructors, all those who are in the program and the property. This is an English speaking class.
• Our Guest Service standards will be explained first, for Guest Service is the priority.
• Black Jack, Roulette, 3 Card Poker, Pai Gow and the Table Game procedures will be presented for you to understand and be followed.
• Auditions will take place in the Training Room. Each person learns at a different pace and will take different lengths of time to complete the course.
• The Audition will be determined by the Instructors and they will set up your audition time. At the audition you will wear black slacks and a long sleeve white shirt.
• Once you pass the audition, we will start the hiring process which involves, Human Resources (HR). Your application must be entered for a Dealer, You will sign Job Acceptance form, a background will be started, drug test will be sent by email and has a 72 hour expiration date that must be completed by that date. When the background and drug test is confirmed as passing at HR, the NV Gaming paperwork will be issued for you to get your NV Gaming Registration. While this process is going on you are expected to continue to come to training. When all the above is completed in HR you will be scheduled for available shift and given your orientation date.
