Key Responsibilities : How You Will Spend Your Day
- Lead and enhance proposal development processes with strong writing, editing, and document management skills to ensure clear, persuasive, and compliant submissions.
- Produce customized communication strategies for diverse external audiences, ensuring alignment with the company's cohesive and consistent messaging.
- Develop and manage content for internal communications, aiming to improve employee engagement and internal information flow.
Qualifications : Successful Candidates Will Possess
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field; equivalent experience may substitute for education.At least 2-4 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for backgrounds in the AEC industry.Exceptional writing skills, with experience in either, AEC terminology, proposal writing and content creation for digital and internal communications.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Office, and SharePoint.Organizational, multitasking, and time management skills, with the ability to meet multiple project deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Cultural Fit : Life at Qk4
