As a  Cleaning Supervisor , reporting to the Manager, you will supervise the cleaning and services of an assigned area within the budget required to maintain company and customer quality standards.

Your work will include :

  • Conducting deep cleaning of station floors, platforms, and waiting areas using appropriate equipment and cleaning solutions.
  • Removing stubborn stains, dirt, and grime from station surfaces using specialized techniques.
  • Sanitizing high-touch areas such as ticket machines, handrails, door handles, and benches to ensure a germ-free environment.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and passenger lounge areas to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Operating cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers safely and efficiently.
  • Following established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Communicating effectively with station staff and cleaning team members to coordinate cleaning schedules and address any specific requirements or concerns.

    • Qualifications

    WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Proven experience in conducting deep cleaning of large public areas such as train stations or similar environments.
  • Experience in using and maintaining cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, carpet extractors, and pressure washers.
  • Expertise in removing stubborn stains, dirt, and grime using specialized cleaning techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitizing high-touch areas to ensure a germ-free environment.
  • Ability to follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with station staff and cleaning team members.
  • Ability to address specific cleaning requirements or concerns promptly and efficiently.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, passenger lounge areas, and other station facilities.
