We are looking for a Case Manager to join our Emergency Service Team.

Jewish Family Service Agency Emergency Services provides nondenominational, criteria based social resources to those who need assistance in these areas : Transportation, Emergency Assistance, Nutrition, and Housing with an emphasis on stability and self-sufficiency.
The Emergency Service Intensive Case Manager will work directly with homeless clients to create a professional case management plan and perform related duties as required to meet program guidelines.
The Emergency Services Intensive Case Manager should be energetic, and passionate about providing quality services to clients in hardship situations, including the homeless.
