Contracts Manager

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager to oversee various agreements and contracts in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage Prime Contracts and Subcontracts, providing guidance on contractual risks and clausesPrepare, submit, and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, and other contractsComplete reporting and tasks as requested by the Vice President of Contracts, including contract closeouts and monthly reportingRequired QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in Contracts and SubcontractsExperience negotiating NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other agreements in the federal marketplaceStrong understanding of FAR and DFAR clausesProficient in Microsoft Suite Tools, Adobe, and government reporting sitesAbility to manage multiple projects and assignments effectively
