A company is looking for a Collection Services Representative II.Key Responsibilities : Initiate collection efforts with clients via phone, email, and internal systemsProcess and escalate complex collection disputes through the Salesforce ticket systemCollaborate with Accounts Receivable to resolve billing questions and issuesRequired Qualifications : High School Graduate or General Educational Degree (GED)3+ years of experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a related fieldExperience in business to business collectionsExperience in software industry-related collectionsAny combination of education and experience that provides the required qualifications
