A company is looking for a Research Coordinator to manage client research requests for a virtual research team.Responsibilities : Serve as the first point of contact for research intake, ensuring a smooth customer experienceMonitor and acknowledge incoming research requests, conducting basic intake interviews as neededAssist in assigning research tickets and maintain progress on tasks to ensure timely completionQualifications : Bachelor's degreeTwo (2) years' experience in a client service roleProficiency in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 applications, especially Outlook and TeamsAbility to prioritize effectively and adapt to a dynamic environmentFamiliarity with database functionality and ticket / request management systems is a plus
