    Responsibilities

    • Make outbound calls to prospective clients and generate insurance quotes
    • Build relationships and trust with customers by actively listening to their needs
    • Provide service support to existing clients when necessary
    • Consistently meet sales targets and agency goals
    • Participate in daily team meetings to collaborate and strategize
    • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions
    • Stay informed about insurance products to provide tailored solutions to clients
    • Requirement

    • Must have an active Texas Property and Casualty License before starting
    • Strong communication skills to engage customers and build trust
    • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and offer relevant solutions
    • Trainable and open to learning new techniques and strategies
    • Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales objectives
    • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
