Job Description : Regional Client Relations Manager
Position Overview : The Regional Client Relations Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, leading operations, guiding teams, driving business development, and overseeing the financial aspects of business operations. This role ensures stellar service delivery, client satisfaction, and retention within a high-growth business environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Operational Leadership : Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring alignment with targets and metrics, including revenue, profitability, and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- People Leadership : Lead and mentor a team of up to 50 employees across one or more client sites, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Business Development : Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and expand existing client relationships.
- Financial Responsibility : Manage the financial performance of the business operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Thought Leadership : Provide insights and guidance on strategy, industry trends, and best practices to drive business growth and innovation.

Compensation : $75k - $85k base salary
