Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Our Architectural Design Firm is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Specialist to their team ! This contract to hire position is  fully onsite  and located near  Greenway Plaza in Houston, TX.  The ideal candidate will have experience managing the candidate selection process to aid in hiring top-quality employees and growing the company.

Responsibilities

• This role will screen and present candidates across multiple business functions
• You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Qualifications

• BS / BA or 2+ years of experience in Talent Recruitment
• Prior experience using passive recruiting techniques
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices
• Knowledge of Workday or Applicant Tracking
• Proven record of high personal initiative
